Netflix has released the new trailer for ‘The Killer,’ directed by David Fincher and starring Michael Fassbender. Based on the French graphic novel series by Alexis Nolent and Luc Jacamon, the film will premiere on Netflix on November 10, 2023. In the film, Fassbender plays an assassin who battles his employers, and himself, on an international manhunt while insisting none of it is personal.
Directed by Fincher from a screenplay by Andrew Kevin Walker. The plot follows, “A man solitary and cold, methodical and unencumbered by scruples or regrets, the killer waits in the shadows, watching for his next target. And yet the longer he waits, the more he thinks he’s losing his mind, if not his cool. A brutal, bloody, and stylish noir story of a professional assassin lost in a world without a moral compass, this is a case study of a man alone, armed to the teeth and slowly losing his mind.” Watch the trailer below.
Netflix’s synopsis is as follows:
After a fateful near miss, an assassin battles his employers, and himself, on an international manhunt he insists isn’t personal.
The film also stars Arliss Howard, Charles Parnell, Kerry O’Malley, Sala Baker, Sophie Charlotte, Tilda Swinton, Emiliano Pernía, and Gabriel Polanco.
