It’s another suit upgrade for Charlie Cox‘s Daredevil in Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again Season 3.
Recently, Cox was spotted on the set of Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 in New York City, sporting a clean-shaven look while wearing a new red-and-black suit inspired by the character’s ’90s-era comic book costume. The red “DD” logo on the chest is clearly visible.
Back in an interview, Cox opened up about Matt Murdock outing himself as Daredevil in Season 2. He said, “My response to anything like that is, I’m all for big and bold.” He added, “That’s a very difficult thing to put back in the box in our show. It’s been done in the comics, but the kind of show that we make has a grounded element to it.”
“It’s hopefully as much based in reality as any of the Marvel projects are, and it’s a harder thing to wind back,” he continued. “The powers that be said, ‘Yeah, we understand that.’ Fine, great.”
At the end of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, Matt Murdock ends up in prison. In the final episode, he fights to clear Karen Page’s name. To save Karen and expose Mayor Wilson Fisk, Matt tells the world that he is Daredevil, the Man Without Fear.
In Daredevil: Born Again Season 3, Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock/Daredevil alongside Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Arty Froushan as Buck Cashman, Zabryna Guevara as Sheila Rivera, Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, Finn Jones as Danny Rand/Iron Fist, Elodie Yung as Elektra, Jeremy Isaiah Earl as Cole North, and Jack Mulhern as Philip.
In Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again, Matt Murdock (Cox), a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, fights for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (D’Onofrio) pursues his own political ambitions in New York City. When their past identities begin to resurface, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course.
Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 is set to premiere in March 2027.
