The final season of ‘Stranger Things‘ is currently in production, and Maya Hawke, who plays Robin Buckley in the show, has an interesting update for fans. According to Hawke, Season 5 of ‘Stranger Things’ is like “8 movies.”
Speaking on Podcrushed Episode 73, Hawke teased that the Netflix show has eight episodes and that writing and filming each season takes a significant amount of time.
Hawke said, “It takes a long time to write each season and a long time to shoot them. We’re making basically eight movies.”
Recently, set images from Season 5 have been leaked, featuring Jamie Campbell Bower as Vecna and Nell Fisher as Holly Wheeler. These images are reportedly from “Episode 02: The Vanishing of Holly Wheeler.”
Ross Duffer, the co-creator of the show, has already confirmed that the final season will involve multiple time jumps. Therefore, it appears Vecna will seek his revenge across different timelines. Duffer said, “I’m sure we will do a time jump. Ideally, we’d have shot [Seasons 4 and 5] back to back, but there was just no feasible way to do that.
