Ms. Marvel Season 2 Is Coming to Disney+

Ms. Marvel had the lowest viewership in the first 5 days of any MCU series on Disney+ so far at 775K US households. However, it reportedly has a higher rate of younger viewers and Black, Hispanic and Asian households than other MCU showsbangle.

Just a few weeks later of the Ms. Marvel season 1 premiere, Marvel Studios renewed Ms. Marvel for a season 2 on Disney+. The news came from a scooper Daniel Richtman, Ms. Marvel season 2 Is coming to Disney+.

During Disney’s D23 Expo, Iman Vellani spoke to a source about Ms. Marvel season 2, told “Anything I’ve heard? …They don’t tell me anything. So, you’re not gonna hear anything…. Hopefully. Yeah, we’ve got to start a petition or something, yeah.”


She told “It would be fun to see Kamala post-‘The Marvels’ after she’s fought with her idol. It’s similar to what Spider-Man went through after fighting with the Avengers in ‘Civil War’ and going back to the friendly neighborhood thing.”

Iman Vellani will reprise her role as Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel in The Marvels, which is scheduled to hit theaters on July 28, 2023. The film will be part of MCU’s Phase 5. Directed by Nia DaCosta from a screenplay by Megan McDonnell.


Ms. Marvel series is created by Bisha K. Ali. The series is an origin story for Kamala Khan, a 16-year-old fangirl of the Avengers who struggles to fit in until she gains Ms. Marvel powers. The series premiered on June 8, 2022, with six episodes until July 13. The show so far become one of the fan favorites. The series also stars Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Saagar Shaikh, Laurel Marsden, Azhar Usman, Rish Shah, Arian Moayed, Alysia Reiner, Laith Nakli, and Nimra Bucha.
