Netflix has officially confirmed that the final season of Stranger Things has wrapped filming. They have also shared some set images featuring the cast members.
On X (formerly Twitter), Netflix posted behind-the-scenes images and wrote, “THAT’S A WRAP ON STRANGER THINGS. See you in 2025.” Check out the images below.
The show’s co-creator Matt Duffer confirms that Season 5 will be the final season, concluding the stories of Eleven, Dustin, Lucas, and Hopper.

Speaking on Podcrushed Episode 73, Hawke teased that ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5 will have eight episodes and revealed that writing and filming each season takes a significant amount of time. Hawke said, “It takes a long time to write each season and a long time to shoot them. We’re making basically eight movies.”
Created by the Duffer brothers. The show is set in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana in the 1980s and follows a group of friends as they uncover supernatural mysteries and government conspiracies.
Stranger Things Season 5 will premiere on Netflix in 2025.
