Victoria Justice (The Tutor), Devon Ross (Irma Vep), Taylor John Smith (Where the Crawdads Sing), and Dermot Mulroney (Scream VI) have joined the cast of ‘Sic.’ The filming is currently underway in Thailand with the stars. The film follows a group of roommates who accidentally kill an innocent man, leading them down a dangerous path of deception and cover-up.

‘Sic’ is written and directed by Paul Tamasy, who is best known for penning the script for The Fighter and The Finest Hours (2016). In a statement, Tamasy said, “I’m excited to be directing my first film, and shooting at Baang Studios has been an incredible experience.” Tamasy added, “We’ve assembled a great cast and crew, and I can’t wait for audiences to see the final product.”

Tamasy is reuniting with his producing partner Dorothy Aufiero, with whom he previously collaborated on The Fighter, Patriots Day, and The Finest Hours. Wych Kaos, Scott Clayton, Jordan Gertner, and Gary Hirsh are also producing, with Adam Zachary Smith serving as executive producer.

The filming is happening at Baang Rig Studios in Thailand, with the Southeast Asian country standing in for the U.S., and the release date is TBA.
