Due to multiple failures face in his inventory, he become very anguished and started making power-pack-driven, leaping coils. Vincent designed a costume of Leap-Frog and started committing crimes.

The suit also contains a battery pack on the backside. Leap-Frog’s upgraded suit contains a strength-enhancing exoskeleton, which allows the user to lift 1 ton, and AI gyroscopic stabilizers.
