Disney+ Spain has announced that the short film ‘Carl’s Date,’ which was originally shown before the 2023 Disney/Pixar movie Elemental, will be available on Disney+ on September 13, 2023. This short film also marks the finale of the Up franchise.

After his wife, Ellie’s death, Carl Fredricksen tries to look for his first date ever since his wife’s passing. However, he has no idea how dating works.
The short is written and directed by Bob Peterson, and the voice stars are Ed Asner as Carl Fredricksen and Bob Peterson as Dug and Alpha.
