What is the Plot of Spider-Man: Brand New Day?
Following the events of Avengers: Doomsday, Peter Parker is determined to lead a normal life and focus on college, stepping back from his responsibilities as Spider-Man. With stakes higher than ever, Peter reluctantly returns to his Spider-Man identity and finds himself teaming up with an unlikely ally to protect those he loves.
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton from a screenplay by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. In a recent episode of the Rich Roll Podcast, Holland shared his thoughts on reading the latest draft of Spider-Man 4. He revealed that about three weeks ago, he read the final draft with his co-star Zendaya, and believes it to be “worthy of fan respect.”
Holland said, “We have a creative pitch and a draft, which is excellent. It needs work, but the writers are doing a great job.” Holland added, “I read it 3 weeks ago, and it really lit a fire in me. Zendaya and I read it together, and at times we were bouncing around the living room, like, ‘This is a real movie worthy of fans’ respect.'”
Produced by Amy Pascal, Rachel O’Connor, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, and Mitch Bell.
