The filming for Disney’s ‘TR3N: Ares‘ is currently underway in Vancouver, Canada, where Jared Leto has been spotted in the Ares suit. The film is set to hit theaters on May 23, 2025.
The leaked images and footage reveal filming near Burrard Station, featuring Leto and Hasan Minhaj.
According to the film’s official plot description, ‘TR3N: Ares’ follows a highly sophisticated Program, Ares, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission, marking humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings.
Directed by Joachim Rønning, with a story by Steven Lisberger and Bonnie MacBird and a screenplay by Jesse Wigutow and Jack Thorne, the film serves as a sequel to Tron: Legacy (2010) and is the third installment in the Tron franchise.
The film stars Leto as Ares, Evan Peters, Cameron Monaghan, Greta Lee, Sarah Desjardins, Minhaj, Arturo Castro, Gillian Anderson, and Jodie Turner-Smith.
