Netflix has released the official teaser trailer for the final season of ‘The Umbrella Academy,’ Season 4. The new trailer teases the Umbrellas traveling through the timeline to save the universe, set to a remix of “The Final Countdown.” You can watch it below.

Season 4 will begin with the climactic showdown at the Hotel Oblivion, which reset their timeline and left the original crew stripped of their various powers.
According to the season 4 description, “The result leaves the fan-favorite siblings to fend for themselves and find a new normal with wildly varying degrees of success, yet the trappings of their uncanny new world prove too hard to ignore for very long. Their father Reginald, alive and well, has stepped out of the shadows and into the public eye, overseeing a powerful and nefarious business empire.”
Steve Blackman, the showrunner and executive producer of ‘The Umbrella Academy,’ revealed during Tudum that Season 4 will explore one of the major mysteries from Gerard Way’s graphic novels without giving away any spoilers, hinting that fans may uncover it themselves. Blackman said, “I don’t want to say what it is, but the fans will probably figure it out.”

Filming for ‘The Umbrella Academy’ season 4 started on February 6, 2023, and concluded on May 19, 2023, with Jeremy Webb returning as the director. The first episode is titled “The Unbearable Tragedy of Getting What You Want,” and the final episode is titled “End of the Beginning.” Additionally, other episode titles (numbers TBD) include “The Squid and the Girl,” “The Cleanse,” “Six Years, Five Months, and Two Days,” and “Jean and Gene.”
