The storyboard artist Jeremy Simser recently shared concept art and revealed what happened to Earth 616 Mordo. he quoted “Every wonder whatever happened to Universe 616 Mordo? Well, up until very late in the process THIS is what happened to him! It’s always interesting to be involved as the story gets refined while I storyboard. Who knows what Mordo’s ultimate fate may be? In Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness scene, Scarlet Witch reaches Kamar-Taj to steal America Chavez’s powers, During the conversation between Scarlet Witch and Strange, the Scarlet Witch Threatens Doctor Strange with 616 Mordo’s head and kills Mordo in the film.
