The VOD release date for A Quiet Place: Day One has been confirmed.
The film will be available to buy or rent on digital streaming platforms — such as Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Vudu, and Google Play Movies & TV — on July 30, 2024.
A Quiet Place: Day One is written and directed by Michael Sarnoski, based on a story he conceived with John Krasinski. It is the third installment in the A Quiet Place film series, serving as a spin-off prequel to the first film.
The film stars Lupita Nyong’o as Sam, Joseph Quinn as Eric, Alex Wolff as Reuben, Djimon Hounsou as Henri, and Eliane Umuhire as Zena.
According to the film’s plot, Sam (Nyong’o), who’s on a day trip to New York City when the monsters arrive, As everything quickly goes to hell, she’s thrown together with a man named Eric (Quinn). With some reluctance, the pair agree to navigate and survive the city together.
The film is produced by Paramount Pictures, Platinum Dunes, and Sunday Night Productions. Krasinski continues his involvement with the franchise as a producer, alongside Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller.
